He immediately knew the problem and gave me a thorough plan as to how to address it as well as replace some other items that needed attention (since the engine had to be accessed anyway)....this saved me money on labor and gave me a real sense that Junction Auto cared about not just fixing the thing I asked, but actually caring about the car. Andrew helped me with replacing a side mirror, noticed I needed an inspection, and helped me get my car back when I didn't have a ride.
