“I called Hoosick Tire on a Saturday morning and spoke to Anne requesting help with my son's car that had been disabled due to an automobile accident. Despite being short staffed that particular day, the owner of the business drove to where my son's car was parked, removed the tire, took it back to his shop, repaired it, and had one of his employees put it back on my son's car on his way home from work. All within 2 1/2 hours on a Saturday. Outstanding service from the moment I called for help right through to an employee finishing the job after hours. The customer experience doesn't get much better than this. Thank you to the entire Hoosick Tire team.”

Had an issue on vacation last year and Big Boy's really saved what could have been a terrible situation and made it just a minor blip on our radar. And they were friendly and helpful during the entire situation.I spend a lot of time in southern Vermont and I'd have no hesitation about going here again. Very much recommend it.”
