“Tonight, a friend came over with a smoked brisket from Embre and Stacy at Happy Bird. We made Ruebens. The brisket was juicy and smoky and as good as any I’ve ever had… I hope Reuben Tuesday will be a weekly event.
I’ve been stopping in for fresh chicken thighs on butcher days and using their house made rub. Just 5 ingredients but so good. I’m no Grill Master by any measure. I’ve overcooked more meals than I care to admit. Happy Bird chicken thighs grill up perfectly, every time… Happy Birds, happy belly?”
