Really great family-friendly ski area. Nothing super difficult on the runs but the glades were amazing.

Safety: A lot of people learn how to ski/ride here. I tend to go midweek to avoid under experienced people being out of control.

Bolton valley is an awesome independent old school family mountain with great glades, and trails for all types. The views on the fire tower on the summit of the main mountain are not to be missed. Pack a dinner and catch the sunset if you can!

The ski lessons were just out of the world.Starting from Brea, Paul, Gavin, the help with the equipments were great.Leila the trainer, was simple sooperb, she gave her heart out in training the first timers.Regardless of what kind of problem you had in learning and going through the first lessons, she was just amazing.Thank you Bolton, for introducing me to this lovely sport.Kudos to every team member, especially the person with the sling on at the equipment front.5 star all the way

Beautiful day on the mountain - views were amazing, trails were well groomed, and lines were short. Overall skiing was excellent and we look forward to returning!!

Fun, varied (mostly intermediate) terrain, friendly staff. Night skiing is a blast. Food at the James Moore Tavern was underwhelming and pricey with smaller portions but still good.

The toilet is overflowing with poo and urine, the chairs are squeaking and not solid, he didn't want to open the mountain completely because of the wind???? It's really not pretty and

Lots to like about a fairly basic resort. Not too crowded, not to expensive and friendly staff. However the bathroom is gross and very poorly maintained. I would gladly pay a tiny bit more per ticket for the bathrooms to get a gut replacement. This is the entire reason for my lower rating, they were that bad.* urinal dividers had been pulled down and put back up with 2x4 that was then torn down again.* some big black hole over one toilet (presumably HVAC) full of gross grime and no cover.* toilets full of gum, butts god knows what* hard to flush toilets (so some people don't flush them.. gross)

Safety: Felt very safe while skiing, several ski patrol members proactively on the mountain. Friendly staff

Rentals super easy and fast but they make sure everything fits and is mtn ready. The night skiing is awesome and the staff just crushes it. Also to whomever found my phone and brought it down for me THANK YOU!!!!

Bolton is a gem for skiing close to Burlington. If you’re looking for a quick trip at a smaller, quieter resort close to the airport, this is it. Night skiing was limited to a couple of runs, but when all three peaks are open, it’s a a days work to see all three peaks and trails. Be careful taking Cobrass if they haven’t groomed it!The reason for 4 stars for rooms at Bolton, is they are a bit dated. It looked like our room hadn’t been updated since the 1980s. Which is fine with me, but is the reason I gave it four stars. This will differ from room to room. The service received a 4 star because they have one lift ticket line. While this isn’t bad on a weekday, during the weekend the lines can get long and take awhile to process everyone’s waivers and payments.

Wish the hotel was dog friendly. Also wish the breakfast place served breakfast later than 11. But riding was fun.

What a place for skiing. Loved the trail. My 6 years son was so happy skiing there. Night ski was super. We will go there again.
