“It would be nice to have actual hours that you're going to be open on Christmas instead of "hours may changes on Christmas. You'd this a company of your size that wouldn't be too much to ask.Furthermore you work your employees to death& can't even offer a living wage, that why you have so much turn over, it's despicable. If someone calls out sick and 1 person has to do the work of 2 people, PAY THEM DOUBLE TIME. You hire people and treat them like disposable work horsed, and the have to deal with dissatisfied customers while you sit in your cozy office. Be a leader not a boss. It's inexcusable.
