Although they couldn't get me a replacement that night, David was able swap my passenger side for the drivers side and MacGyver'd the passenger side enough to get me home to Maine safely.

Just an example; they recently mounted 4 tires for me (not currently on a vehicle) and they wrote/recommended which location on the vehicle each wheel should go. Based on balance and tire tread. Maybe this is normal but I've never seen another ship do that. Others have just mounted the rubber and handed the wheels back...”
“Amazing garage. Trust in my book with auto places is of utmost importance. I can't tell you how many times I've had my so called vehicles repaired over the years only to find out the paid for repairs never really happened. I really like I can drop my vehicles off with them and I can 100% trust the fact they are not only going to do the actual repairs you pay for but they are not going to replace parts or offer services that are not necessary just to make more money. Richard the owner is as knowledgeable or even more so than a lot of dealerships that service and repair their on branded vehicles. I had a problem with my Toyota Rav and he told me exactly what the problem was and even suggested I take it to the dealership and tell them what he diagnosed the problem was because it was under warranty. So he not only saved me money and lost money for himself. But I took it to the dealership and told them what he diagnosed what the problem as. They didn't take into consideration what I told them and said they doubt that was the problem. Toyota had my vehicle for a month switch out 4 major parts and still didn't fix the problem. Finally last but not least they finally switch out the part Richard initially said it was and presto that was the issue. I shouldn't of minded to much I got several parts replaced all under warranty on their dime. But the point is Richard really knows his stuff.”
