“We really enjoyed working with Scott! We found him to be knowledgeable and very insightful. He seemed to be prepared for alo of the questions we had. If there was a question that he didn't have an answer readily available, he would get back to me as soon as he found an answer. When we changed to a different vehicle he was very receptive and accommodating. I realized that this was going to make more work and effort on his part as well as the dealership,, but he was happy to help. I have to commend Scott for staying in constant communication with us throughout the process, he always returned phone calls and kept us posted with any updates.

“Ed and the service department at Volkswagen of Rutland were exceptional when our car broke down during our 9-hour drive home from Vermont.
I arrived first thing in the morning without an appointment, and despite their busy schedule, they were incredibly understanding and found a way to fit us in. They performed a thorough inspection, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had us back on the road by noon. We arrived at 7:30 a.m., had the issue identified by 10:00 a.m., and the repair was completed just a couple of hours later.
We couldn’t be more grateful for their help and kindness during a stressful situation. I only wish they were closer so we could continue using them for all of our vehicle service needs!”
