“Ed and the service department at Volkswagen of Rutland were exceptional when our car broke down during our 9-hour drive home from Vermont.
I arrived first thing in the morning without an appointment, and despite their busy schedule, they were incredibly understanding and found a way to fit us in. They performed a thorough inspection, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had us back on the road by noon. We arrived at 7:30 a.m., had the issue identified by 10:00 a.m., and the repair was completed just a couple of hours later.
We couldn’t be more grateful for their help and kindness during a stressful situation. I only wish they were closer so we could continue using them for all of our vehicle service needs!”
