“This was my second time renting from this location and it was another great experience. I was a little nervous this time since I needed a 6-passenger vehicle for a family trip. Even though I made my reservation a month in advance, I called a few days beforehand to confirm everything. Alyssa followed up on Friday to reassure me that we were all set, which really put my mind at ease.
I was expecting a Ford Explorer, but we were pleasantly surprised to receive a Platinum Expedition instead! I’m not sure what the woman’s name was that was there when I picked up the rental, but she was friendly and very helpful too. Both ladies made the whole process easy. The only minor downside was the number listed on the website isn’t current so we went in person to confirm and received an updated contact number. That said, I’d most likely rent from this location again.”
