“The first person who took my deposit didn't explain that this amount would be 'held on my card'. I thought I had paid the same amount twice when I was asked to use my credit card again when I returned the rental.
The starting mileage was off by two miles. We even took a picture using the link and it still didn't update.
The person that cashed me out at the end of it explained the deposit part and how it would all be charged at the end. He was very helpful.”
