Great box to drop into. Tom was an excellent coach and made me feel welcome. The program is what you would expect at a CrossFit gym. Tom did a good job giving me tips and coaching cues.

CF Rising Star has a very welcoming and fun community of people. Rob has clearly put so much heart into this business and it shows. Highly recommend for those wanting to continue or just begin their fitness journey, there's space for everyone.

Even though I decided not to officially join (mostly because I have a crazy schedule), the one on one with Rob was totally worth it! I learned a lot of techniques (and the correct way to do it!). If I could figure out a way to put it in my schedule I would be a member of this very supportive community.
