I would like to thank Lexi (Team Lead), Krissy (Store Manager), and Jeanette (Cashier) for all their help, time and patience in assisting me with the return of my order and exchange for items I bought in store to replace those items I returned. Needed dog food and bird seed. Very helpful in loading my cart, and at checkout requested help in getting items in my car. Greg was extremely helpful as well!

Greggary is the associate that helped us out during our second visit to the store today and he demonstrated such a stellar mix of courtesy and customer service it made me wish every customer service encounter at this location was as satisfactory.
He has a pitch in, can do attitude, told us all he knew and could about pellet stoves which was more than we know so we left informed. Best yet he made sure we were aware that the Black Friday sale price on the pellet stoves actually lasts until the end of the month. Finally he was sure to refer us to the particular day time staff members who could provide more in depth information (thus speaking highly of their expertise and tendency to research what they lacked). It was truly phenomenal to encounter so helpful a representative of the Tractor Supply company. He is a credit to their workforce and the company over all. Ten thumbs up!!!!

Greggary, Rutland Location associate - above and beyond customer service. He’s a credit to the location management, training and to himself. I’m Canadian and was here running errands for a charitable organization. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location.

We regularly have a great experience at the store. Today Denis was a HUGE help with my partner and I strapping a picnic table to our roof rack. Great customer service, friendly local attitude.

The warehouse team is a good group of people. We had to deliver a load at 8am. We arrived early the receiver wasn’t in yet but we were in/out about an hour. We will deliver again. They treated Moon very well. She loved the parking lot and able to run around and play in the grass while we unloaded. Thank you receiving Team!

Be warned about this product - when this nut coal would not burn in a very hot coal stove after several attempts. I showed it to a coal supplier who laughed and said that's not coal, that's slag, that won't burn. TS would not take an unopened bag back.
