1 star because of the attitude of people in the store when I asked to try on an Apple Watch before buying it. I understand that the people of the cortina inn are an issue. I look nothing like them. I also purchased 2 iPhone 15 max pros from you recently. With a watch it’s a tad different than a phone. With the larger models people would prefer to try them on &
compare them on their wrist. Don’t treat me like a criminal the moment I ask to try something out. Considering the price tag you expect me to just drop on it. You’re asking for OUR money not the other way around. Buy security if you’re that paranoid. I bought it off Amazon and Amazon won’t charge me a 50 dollar restock fee. Also it won’t take 3 hrs of my time like it did for my phones. ☮️

I went to the Rutland Store today to get help with my iPad that was not connecting to the internet. To clarify. It says it is connected and mostly it was except for certain things like you tube, purchasing items online, going deep into Google. I explained that to Nick who immediately opened it and connected it. I tried to explain that to him but he shrugged and smirked and said “well, I connected it. It must be an app problem”. I am 67. He assumed I knew nothing. Was a real jerk. Was practically laughing at me. Guess what Nick?! It was. VPN issue. I figured it out at 67 years old. How about that? Everyone else there is great. If you over 50 and Nick is the only one available I advise waiting until the next employee is available. The smugness was just beyond. He did not even check me in.

This Verizon store had allowed fraud to occur on my account. The rep that handled the initial transaction was James. This caused my phone to be shut off numerous times, I spent many hours on the phone/online with the Verizon fraud department as a result. Further, this store was notified at the time of the fraud, advised of the transaction and store sales rep. The answer I received: this is concerning????? Perhaps post what was done to rectify this issue and protect other customers accounts from internal issues.

This store deserves zero stars. Absolutely terrible service. Will not help customers no matter their needs. As far as representing Verizon goes, this store is 100% a failure. AVOID at all costs.

I really need to get there cause I like my iPhone… Service is good when you get service but here’s my statement… They need to double their employees… For me to sit outside in my car for over an hour waiting for service is freaking ridiculous… Tomorrow I have one little item that needs to be fixed… Even to answer a question and I have to wait one freaking hour probably to get an answer which is completely ridiculous This store needs an overhaul … This Rutland store needs double the employees!!!!!!… I have to get there at 8:30 in the morning and stand in line outside the door just to be first otherwise you’re screwed

Unprofessional staff, deleted my girlfriend's data/photos/etc for no reason other than incompetence, offered no assistance for original device issue as well. Call customer service rather than stepping foot into this place.

Nick was extremely professional and pleasant! If I could add a ! after the Star Review I would. I walked in stressed due to issues with my phone. I walked out with a new phone, at a great price and a smile on my face. Nick was very detailed in explaining the issues with my old phone, and took time to show me the differences on my new phone.

If I could add a ! to the star review I would. Nick at Verizon was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He lowered my stress level, and I walked out the door with a new phone, and a smile on my face.

Incredibly unhelpful. After spending 15 hours on the phone with Verizon support and over 5 hours in the store- my phone is still not working. They are incapable of solving the problem, or getting me to anyone who can. I'm unimpressed. After 20 hours of my time, and missing 100's of work texts, the manager's last comment was "I'm not staying 30 minutes after closing to finish this switch."
