Thank you Patty!! Picked up a new phone and it didn't seem to work correctly (nobody knows why). I brought it back, and Patty got me all sorted out. She's a trooper!!

Staff is very good and knowledgeable. Unfortunately phone customer service is terrible, you agree to wait for an associate, then are told there will be a wait time of two minutes and next you hear all associates are busy, try again later, and the call is cut off. Need to have more staff,,,,,,I have tried 4 times in the last 2 weeks to upgrade my phone but refuse to stand in your 1 hour lines,,,,,I am a customer of at least 15-20 years,,,,,,I am not alone with this,,,,how do i get this done???
