“This is a wonderful Asian Market stocked full of the basics and the splurges. The Kim chi and hot buns are such a treat. Find any sauce you want, niche vegetables and large variety of ramen not found in chain grocery stores.

“I've been going to Naan Sense for a while now and I'm always amazed at the incredible selection they offer. This store offers so much from traditional Indian spices to beautiful smelling fragrances and a lot more. Their selection is phenomenal and prices are quite inexpensive. Love this place and can’t recommend it enough!! They are exactly what makes Winooski a great town to live in.”
“I haven't had the pleasure of visiting their store, but I certainly will once I make my way over to Hinesburg again. I contacted the owner when a family member wound up in an unfortunate situation while in Hinesburg and the owner was willing to help us out, despite not knowing us or having met us. He truly was a life saver and we would still be in an absolute predicament had it not been for him. He was friendly, and seemed like the kind of genuine person you just don't meet often nowadays. Highly recommend them as a whole, and can't wait to see there store!”
“Offers a good variety of Vermont food products. Free tasting of cured meats and cheese. Bought their maple syrup! They also have a homemade maple froyo that was sooo delicious!”
“We went primarily to the deli for a sandwich on the road and it was well worth it. The deli is part of a supermarket both selling eastern European/balkan wares.
The deli itself offers pies, cakes and sandwiches. The sandwich is made with home made bread and packs a punch with both size and flavour. The spinach burek is also a nice snack to try!”
“Great health food super market. Maybe the best in the country. Lots of the standard selections you’ll find a Whole Foods, but they also carry other items that are unique or local. The prepared foods also stand out as special. I ordered the lakeside breeze with tofu instead of turkey, and it was great. If you’re visiting Vermont and want a local flavor try this sandwich.”
“I’ve lived here for 25 years and find myself preferring Lantmans to any of the other mega markets in the area.
Here’s why I like Lantmans Market so much.
- more than adequate selection on the shelves while maintaining a small market atmosphere
- Knowledgeable staff in the meat department
- great produce department with an increased offering of Organic and local options
- a good gluten-free selection
- a bright and clean deli
- Their improved selections in both the bread and wine department.

“If you know what a good affordable sandwich shop means to a community, you'll go here. Generous portions, good food. Don't get caught up in the complaints of folks who have ordered here just once. Small staff, high output, good food. Other things will be overlooked unless you want to double the price of these massive, glorious sandwiches.”
“Everything is generally good here, but there’s one concern I’ve noticed. The man at the front has made calculation mistakes multiple times, adding more to the bill than what it should be. This isn’t the first time—it has happened on several visits.
On the positive side, they do have a wide variety of frozen protein options, which is great. However, the fresh food items are often not as fresh as expected”

“My favorite Hannafords in the whol chain. The south burlington willison store are great. Did have problem with north avenue but still rather shop hannaford over CHIT CHOPPER. Shaws is a great store but hannaford is the best. Wasnt crazy with milton the wifi would not work with my phone. but over all. thanks store.”

“It should be an A-, about a 4.6. I hit this little store a lot. Strangely, it is more convenient to get to when traffic is bad the the larger, closer grocery chain store. They pack a lot in this little store and what they have is good quality. Parking can be rough. It's great that it is in the food desert of the ONE. I think it is about the only place around”

We got a turkey sandwich, Italian sandwich, and chicken ceasar salad and I was literally amazed at the quality of the food, especially considering it was premade and sitting on the shelf. 3 weeks later I am back home and still dreaming about that turkey sandwich and ceasar salad (didn’t try the Italian but my friend said it was good!).”

“My 6 year old daughter went here for summer farm camp and absolutely loved it. Very engaging grassroots community here. There’s a small cafe and have many events with music and local artists and good local food.”
