“Im an O/O. There was a bit of miscommunication when I arrived but after everyone understood each other, pickup was very fast. 100% will never pickup a trailer from anywhere in this area. Took me 5 hours to go 80 miles trying to leave NY. I'll give them 5 stars because the trailer was actually loaded and ready to go but ill never pickup East of the Delaware again.”

“This is not only an amazing storage facility - great quality units, clean and secure. But the owners, David and Colleen, and the manager, Ron, made us feel like we were family. We moved across the country to Vermont, didn’t know anyone, weren’t sure what to do with all our belongings while we hunted for a home, and had been turned away by multiple other storage companies before I called them up. David was not only immediately happy to help us secure a unit, but also provided us with helpful suggestions about living in Vermont (with his wife Colleen also on the phone telling me which were the best places to take my daughter skiing once the season hits), and made me feel so much better about showing up in a state we knew little about. They worked with us when we suddenly needed to rent a second unit. They worked with us when our closing on our home suddenly fell through and we had to extend longer. They all were endlessly happy to help. They are the kindness we so often see lost in this world. And the kindness we definitely need to see more of. It sounds ridiculous, but we came for a storage unit, and I left with some hope for our future, and a resolve to be more kind myself. I can never thank them enough. I’m not sure they’ll ever know what a big difference they made for us during such a difficult time.”

“Easy access, locks are smooth, rarely another car in front of the bay where my unit is. His stay dry and safe, dust and spiders are an expected nuisance. I would like fewer signs of mice, though.”
“After living at my current place for 12 years, I found myself needing to move and in a crunch. I figured my husband and I would rent a 10' for 2 days to help with making this move a tad bit easier, but I completely forgot that May is move out season because of the college students. The team at U-Haul Burlington not just listened to me vent but they heard my needs and they set me up with a larger truck, still in short amount of time but I was able to make the primary move without multiple trips. Thank you U-Haul Burlington, I appreciate your diligence in working with me and making this move a bit more bearable.”

When it arrived, they put us in docks side by side, and offloaded and loaded us in one fell swoop. You want to pick or deliver here, just like I do.”
“I have to say that I give them five stars because they are the most compassionate people I've ever met I was down on my luck and they were such good people to me and it showed me that good people still exist and I have nothing but respect for them I would recommend them to everybody if I can give a thousand thank you to them I would because of them they helped me get to where I need to be in a home so thank you climate care self storage ❤️??”
“It started with the initial call with Jen, who was.kind and professional plus they followed up a few days before with a phone call too! Caleb and his crew were amazing! They came in did what they needed, asked questions when they were unsure and we were very impressed on how polite and respectful this group of young men were! They packed a whole house in the truck in about an hour and a half and were careful and respectful with my mom’s belongings! I would highly recommend Vermont Moving and Storage for anyone planning a move!”
“Sold My house in Burlington in late Aug. Breezy Valley in St. George which i Believe is part of Access self storage was one of the few that had open units at good rates near to where I was moving. It was easy, I booked everything online and via text and it was then auto pay on my card. When I was ready to check out, I went back online to see how it worked. Give them 10 ten days notice, clean out your stuff, and sweep the unit - not much to ask. I received my security deposit back and I was pro-rated for the month I had already paid in full. It worked out to half my December's rent returned. I don't understand what some people are gripping about- it's pretty straight forward. I do recomend this company.”

“Move out of state three years ago, so I got a storage unit at Breezy Valley Storage. I've heard some people mention flooding, but when I checked on my stuff it was perfectly dry. No signs of flooding.”
“This storage facility offers multiple sized units, there is a camera on the facilities 24/7, and the property is surrounded by a lockable fence. The storage units are located on a side road in a safe neighborhood. Each person supplies their own lock and key for their unit(s). The units are not climate controlled but the monthly rates are reasonable.The only odd thing was that there was no contract to sign before moving belongings into the units. The staff does not always answer the phones but they do return calls. Overall this is a good, small and local business that I would recommend.”
