The staff is very helpful and will help you select what you need for the job that you are working on. If it is lumber that you want, then the staffer can load in your vehicle. It is always a real pleasure to shop at Sticks and Stuff, in St. Albans, VT.”
“I called asking about a Toyotomi Kerosene Heater part (flue vent) and was transferred to the owner to check in fact that it was "in-stock". They had the correct part, but also wanted me to come bring my heater to see what else I needed. He came out to my truck,looked over my heater and then brought me down into his shop to make sure that I was good to go. That weekend was able to swap out a 20 year old monitor kerosene heater. It's rare to find good help these days and ever more rare to get this kind of caring experience. I was able to get the unit swapped out, pics so that new part in green as well as the elbow, sock, and cap. Many thanks Mike H”
