I called expecting to be scheduled out but Art got me in the next day. He was professional, kind, and walked me through any questions I had with a genuine care that I understood what was going on with my car. “The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that I have only spent 90 minutes there, while waiting for an oil change/removal of snow tires and balancing. Another similar visit and I will feel much more qualified to add the last/fifth star. Kind, efficient, and seemingly competent, but again, I am not considering myself to be a judge of such, not being so myself in the automotive topics.”
