“After getting zero help from Home Depot or Maytag on a defective one year old washer, I purchased a Speed Queen washer from Express Appliance. Best decision I ever made. Courteous service, fast delivery, and I couldn’t be happier with my Speed Queen - it was worth every penny.Update: I have since replaced my equally bad 2 yo Maytag dryer with a Speed Queen dryer from Express as well. The door was installed backwards and they came the next day to fix it. I will never get another appliance from a big box store again and I highly recommend Speed Queen and Express Appliance as a local appliance dealer.”

“I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone at Cocoplum Appliances for a job well done. My wife and I remodeled our kitchen two years ago and purchased all of the appliances from these guys. Despite some delays related to COVID, everything finally arrived, and the kitchen turned out amazing. Fast forward two years and two months and one of the appliances decides to stop working. The beverage fridge of all appliances too! We again worked with Cocoplum to get it resolved, ideally under warranty as the bevy fridge was not cheap. Working with the service department and Shannon, I am happy to say that my brand-new beverage fridge arrived last Friday.
They all went above and beyond to make this happen!!!

“Very efficient, friendly, and helpful personnel. But, do not make transactions by phone. You will not be able to complete anything by phone. I wanted to complete one transaction pending to be delivered to a different place than my residence and I had tried for 2 different days for a soul to help me by phone. I ended up traveling two hours to complete the transaction in person.”
