“I have been banking here for 20 years. They are still the best financial institution I have dealt with in the States. Service is quick and efficient. Every query and request is dealt with quickly and efficiently, often simply via chat. I also deal with some of the bigger national banks but NCFCU is by far the best one. Keep it up!”

Very charismatic, professional, understanding, and it was a delight to have her help me! By far the best experience I have ever had at a bank/credit union and I do believe she needs a raise!
