“This Community Bank N.A. in Winooski, Has the Best Employees out of every CBNA Bank that I have ever been too! I have been to 3 different CBNA Banks in 3 different States and this is the Best Ran & The best Employees out of all of them combined! I went there this morning just to exchange some $20.00 Bill's into larger Bill's and ended up Renting a Safe Deposit Box and still received the larger Bill's lol.I been wanting to get a Safety Deposit Box for 2 years now, but I don't have much time for myself lately with all of my Medical Appointments. The Lady who I talked too, asked me if I was still interested in getting a box. Of course I did, but I completely forgot about it and if it wasn't for the lady who was working at the time I still would have completely forgotten about it!I love this Bank and the Employee's are the Greatest ones I have ever had the pleasure to meet all of them. If you're not happy with your current Banking System, You really should switch or consider switching your bank accounts over to this Bank!You will notice the 01st month of your decision to switch Banks to the Community Bank N.A. was the best decision that you had made in a very long time!Cassandra was the lady who helped me out with my Safety Deposit Box this morning on Tuesday September 26th, 2023 and when they read my Review, they will know who wrote this excellent Review about my experience with them for over 30+ Years. It used to be Merchant's Bank until they bought them out multiple years ago and I am glad that they did takeover because I am so happy with them as my Bank!C.R.”

“We've had accounts w NCFCU for more than 2 decades (saving, checking, auto loan, HELOC). Swift Street folks have always been great -- no charge change counting, shredding bin, notarize and medallion signature witnessing as well as routine retail banking and support. App also works well for routine stuff as does website for bill pay, transfers. They also let you set up Zelle on your account. Online chat folks answer routine account questions and it's a real person not AI. Good job NCFCU folks!”

“This review is regarding how well this particular branch has been managed. Liz and her team value each client individually. It is hands down the best TDbank branch. If you want personal service, long term employees who know all of your kids names, and tellers who can start your transaction as you are walking in, this is the place. I can not think of any other branch in Chittenden County who has a team of employees who collectively achieve this level if service. In fact, presently, the downtown BTV - TD drive up is closed due to staffing issues.
