“Arrived at the Burlington, VT, airport late at night due to flight delays. We had reserved and paid for a rental car with Budget, but we were told upon arrival at their counter that they had already rented out all their vehicles. We were infuriated! RESERVED AND PREPAID!!! Fortunately for us the young man at the Enterprise/Alamo desk worked very determinedly to find us a one-way rental to Portland, ME, which worked out fantastically for us! Kudos to the young man and Alamo!! I wish I knew his name. Maybe you can determine that from the date… June 20 late in the evening… at BTV airport? He deserves a Gold Star!!”

“Great place to rent a vehicle and Jason at the Shelburne Rd location was great. However it stated that I drove over 1900 miles on my receipt. That is false. I drove from BTV to Mystic, CT and back. I used the car to drive down, parked it and then drove back to BTV. No driving in between so that is about 600 miles more or less. Where the extra 1300 miles came from I don't know.”

“***First thing to note*** this location DOES NOT HAVE FASTBREAK even though there is a sign at the counter. Get in line with the regular line as there is only one person working the counter.
After reading all the reviews I feel as if I lucked out. Our car smelled some but the SUV had a full tank of gas and had appeared cleaned out inside but the outside was dirty. Not horrible. I didn’t wash it while I had it. But did have to clean off the back up camera.
We returned the car early Tuesday morning about 4:15am and dropped the keys in the drop box on the counter. I made sure I took video of EVERYTHING!!! Always get a video and writing what someone quotes you or promises you.”
