“We happened to show up on the last day of a recent sale. Glad we did. Richard was great at explaining the process, helping us find what we felt we needed, and he didn’t try to make the “hard sell”, which was appreciated. Richard understood and acknowledged our concerns, & we had a good experience at the store. We look forward to when the bed arrives. Turns out a family member bought one recently, & love it (helping a bad back), so we think this was a good purchase. Recommend going when there is a sale. This is an expensive investment.”

Sam is awesome too. Our daughter needed to replace a dining room chair we purchased when we were first married 35 years ago. He remembered us and the custom stain we used.
