“The SB Lowes Manager, Dominic, went above and beyond to help with an issue with our new LG washer (which is a total lemon). LG has given us the run around for more than three months but Dominic has been kind enough to spend hours on the phone trying to get LG to make good on their product. It is amazing to me that a store manager has to spend hours of their time dealing with these awful appliance companies while trying to manage a store. Thank you Dominic. Fingers crossed that LG will take their terrible product back.”

“I want to give a shout out to Carl who helped us get an air conditioner off the top shelf, check us out and help me load it into my truck. He went and got the lift, raised it to the highest level, and was able to maneuver it on to the lift, bring it down and get us on our way. Did I mention the box was a large room conditioner. Carl was great help! Thank you Carl!”

These ladies went above and beyond today and their customer service skills are exceptional (which is hard to find these days) they all seem to enjoy what they do and are more than happy to help you find whatever it is you need. From the second I walked in the door, to the time I was walking out of the door I was treated with respect and was helped with everything I needed. They even helped me load my purchase. I will return to this store without hesitation. I wish I had caught their names, but (if the owner see’s this) the employees you have are going to keep customers coming back to your store! “Love my Curtis Lumber peeps. You definitely spend a little bit more than you would per se at like Lowe’s or Home Depot, or similar building materials, but they generally tend to be better quality, especially in the 2 x 4 or dimensional lumber. One of the best parts is all the people. They’re just the best.”

“During an extensive DIY home renovation, I hired a contractor to perform some major rebuild work, and he used Curtis for all supplies. The quality of the materials seems to surpass what I was buying from other major home stores for the areas of the house I had been renovating. Supplies from Curtis included a 600 square foot room rebuild, with all lumber, insulation, and roof trusses from Curtis, as well as new roof shingles and all the siding replaced. Recently, I have been completing my basement renovation and needed very specific custom windows to fit and meet egress. Curtis was able to custom order me these windows which I could not find elsewhere. I want to note that there was an issue with the window order not being correct when they arrived, but Curtis did the right thing and replaced them for me with the correct windows, even though they were custom built and could not be returned otherwise. Other reviews mention poor customer service, but they went beyond what I expected by replacing the windows, even though I had initially missed their error when I agreed to have them submit the purchase order.”
