“The SB Lowes Manager, Dominic, went above and beyond to help with an issue with our new LG washer (which is a total lemon). LG has given us the run around for more than three months but Dominic has been kind enough to spend hours on the phone trying to get LG to make good on their product. It is amazing to me that a store manager has to spend hours of their time dealing with these awful appliance companies while trying to manage a store. Thank you Dominic. Fingers crossed that LG will take their terrible product back.”

He went and got the lift, raised it to the highest level, and was able to maneuver it on to the lift, bring it down and get us on our way. Did I mention the box was a large room conditioner.
