Now that I’m finished crying, I will post a review. Just got a horrible haircut. I asked for 1 inch to be taken off, and at least 4 inches were taken, if not more. The stylist throughout my haircut kept saying how tired she was, I should’ve walked away the first time she said it. Certainly learned my lesson. Too mortified to post a picture. Had to have my mom come over and fix it.Also, had to re-wash my hair when I got home because there was a bunch of shampoo left in it… I know I have thick hair, but come on.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

Very good service and good conversations felt like I was sitting down talking to an old friend I love the way my hair came out looking silky and clean I absolutely love this service got complimented by a close friend after she saw my hair!!! I'm not saying anything nice about this salon I didn't show I couldn't talk I had covid was sick and they restricted me to go there and it's way over priced thanks haircuts plus for actually doing my hair and charging me not much. I also should of never gave them a 1 star they should be a zero

DONT TRUST THE SALON. I head to shave my head afterwards. Absolutely shocking incompetence. Asked for a light trim and even specified a razor size. I even showed her a picture of what I was looking for when she asked for one. The "stylist" then must have realized she royally screwed up and just stopped cutting it. Then had the audacity to ask for a tip.

I have been going to Penny's for over 5 years for my hair. This was the first time when I received service that was unacceptable. I had a 1:00 appointment for a single process color, haircut, and wax and was not done until 4:00. This has never taken this long. I was not taken until 1:15 and heard my hair dresser talking to the client about photos for Instagram. My hair dresser was not organized as a product needed for the shampoo process was not at the station along with the cleansing product needed for eyebrows. There was actually no cleansing product and tea tree oil was used instead. All of this was happening as I was waiting either in the sink for shampoo or waiting on the table. I have gotten a subtle angled haircut many times and I did not receive the cut I wanted. My hair was curled under so I did not recognize that this was not the cut I wanted until I got home to straighten my hair and my husband saying my hair was not cut at an angle. I do not wish to have this stylist work on me to correct the haircut. This cut and color was for Hamilton on 12/28. After spending so much time at the salon I still need to schedule a hair appointment to have yet another haircut which is more time and money out of my pocket.Services: Haircut

OH man one star is too many. This is a depressing, disheveled, unstaffed store if I have ever seen one. Walked around aimlessly trying to find children's clothes, and when we got there everything was in a huge messy pile, literally on the floor. What a disaster!

Sephora in Burlington is the worst beauty store I've ever seen. Assistants are lazy and ignorant on 95% of the products. One is very rude too. I was waiting for my check and total she told me was too low for 2 products, so I Kindly asked: 'is it $14 only?" as one was a high end one. She replied me: 'give me a second!' in a very rude tone. She must have a beef with me since I went there to claim my 500 rewards versus $10 off (because they never have a 500 rewards box in stock) and she said It didn't exist !!! I insisted for 10 mins and she was very rude , making me appear as a crazy. A manager for all South VT area came and was more ignorant than her assistant, saying that she never heard about it and that she was working for sephora for 14 years. I'd suggest both of them to change job, as it's all over the place on the web and by mail. They don't even bother to fullfill shelves or put stuff in place. And 1 person in the whole store with 5-7 people on a queue. Only a blonde guy and one woman from South America (before covid-19) were very kind and gentle, but I can't see them anymore. Terrible experience. I'm glad that Kohl's is taking over and hopefully this one will close or personnel will be replaced immediately.

I'm only giving one star & that's because the young ladies tried to be helpful. I was informed that they no longer have a manager; she upped & moved to another state! They were bewildered & I felt sorry for them. Agree with others, though. The store was a mess - one box of tissues up near the register, displays mostly disorganized, not clean and not fully stocked. No q-tips, cotton balls or foam applicators. No make up remover. I purchased some Lancôme foundation on sale - they said they were no longer going to carry it - but I discovered (should have checked!!!) the expiration date has passed. Now I have to return it!! Lancôme in NY said I shouldn't use it I'll have to go back but it'll be the last time. Felt bad for the girls but the store is unacceptable.
