The stylists are experienced and can do complex techniques such as curly haircuts, wavy haircuts, braids, and wedding hairstyles. One customer mentioned that Christina and Elizabeth are great stylists, and another customer had a positive experience with Aaron. The salon's staff is known for being helpful and nice. However, one customer noticed that one stylist was sitting in a chair on her phone and did not offer to help other customers who came in looking for hair products. Can I just tell you how much I enjoy this group of hair magicians! They are simply wonderful. Always letting me know when my favorite products are going to be on sale and when I should get my hair done next. I won’t go anywhere else!

Recently moved to the area. This salon has an absolutely amazing staff. All so helpful & nice. Knew exactly what I was looking for, got me the styling product I needed for my new cut! I definitely will be returning! Thank JCPenney Salon!

It was pretty good & the people there were nice~ I got my head completely shaved but that's what I asked for so I'm not disappointed!
