“This H&M store is huge, with massive inventory in women’s, men’s and kid’s apparel. The store is super clean and tidy. Associate were moving things around the store, as well as helping customers promptly and helping them with fitting room. Most items had very reasonable price. Some items had big discounts.
Despite all the good things about the store, the clothing items themselves were underwhelming. We didn’t like anything worth buying.”
“I had a return to make. I went to the back of the store like I have done before to be told that only Amazon returns are made there. Now khols returns are made at the registers in the front of the store. Even though I had to make my way across the store the return was fast and easy. The new set up of the registers seemed less confusing then they were before.”

“Mr. Needleman was absolutely amazing to work with. Always prompt and reachable by call or text. Checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Personally took time mid crazy prom season to help make sure everything fit comfortably and correctly.
The biggest thing for me was , even though it wasn’t going to be the “best fit” he offered his expert advice, but listened to the customer without judgement or argument when I asked to go up a size to be more comfortable during my wedding. He worked with the seamstress/tailor to give me the best fit possible.
