“The store is gorgeous! It's beautiful from the entrance to the stunning, dream-like fitting rooms. The girl that helped me was really friendly. I don't know her name - she was blonde and young wearing her hair in a pony tail. She did a great job helping me and getting me to make a purchase instead of walking out empty handed (because my friends were dragging me out).”
“This has been one of my favorite stores since I was a kid! I’m glad my daughter has followed in my footsteps and it’s one of her favorites too…Employees there are super awesome! Especially Elio! I was gonna do the survey today for them but it hasn’t got sent to my email yet so wanted to give a shout out here! The app is great too! Their rewards system and hot cash is great! “I had a return to make. I went to the back of the store like I have done before to be told that only Amazon returns are made there. Now khols returns are made at the registers in the front of the store. Even though I had to make my way across the store the return was fast and easy. The new set up of the registers seemed less confusing then they were before.”
“This H&M store is huge, with massive inventory in women’s, men’s and kid’s apparel. The store is super clean and tidy. Associate were moving things around the store, as well as helping customers promptly and helping them with fitting room. Most items had very reasonable price. Some items had big discounts.
Despite all the good things about the store, the clothing items themselves were underwhelming. We didn’t like anything worth buying.”
“They have a pretty wide variety of things, I come here for bathing suits because they are well stocked and the fitting rooms are clean just a lot of put back clothes.
The jewelry counter is always reliable, my engagement ring is always very well taken care of and they are almost always kind.”
