“I dropped my credit cards and one of the stuff her name is Lucie, she mailed to my house.Thank you so much for being honest not only that shes super nice. God bless?”
“Anne and the Winooski post office staff are incredibly kind and helpful. When my package got sent to the wrong address Anne helped me track it down. She rocks!! Always a great experience there.”
“The clerk told me as soon as she picked up my package to be mailed at the window that I was going to be overpaying if I used the flat rate box I had addressed. She gave me a new box with self securing tape that I readdressed and saved about 4 dollars on the mailing as a result.”
“The post office is such a community hub. I always run into so many folks. A highlight is seeing Radigan and Matthew's happy faces. They are seriously ALWAYS smiling and chatty. But guys- come on. Ease up on Jimbob. He's an icon. If you think he's grumpy go take a lesson in dry banter. Hands down- my FAVORITE stop in Shelburne. They always handle my parcels with care and go above and beyond. Three cheers for the three amigos who keep Shelburne post office a place where people ACTUALLY don't mind having to visit. You guys are doing a great job!”
“EPIC customer service.
Mike and Marina were true professionals. Patient, knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Thank you again guys.”
“Trying to track down a package and the staff here were super helpful and diligent. I've also had great experiences mailing things before. Support our postal workers!”
“Fabulous employee who moves extremely fast and is a rapper. He was very good with the elderly English language learner that was next to me during service. He was able to serve three people at a time with each one of us feeling served and special.”
“Is the post office perfect? No and no one nor any business can claim to be. Our mail is delivered as promptly as it can with respect. I have had to pick up a few packages at the post office but it was an understandable reason. We are on a major road and I can’t complain that my driveway is long and hilly, which may be a reason some people don’t receive there packages/mail.The post office has a long history of reliable delivery. These days it’s getting harder with more packages and less personnel. Every time I have gone to the post office, I have been treated kindly, promptly, and with respect. I appreciate the postal employees for there hard work and dedication. It’s not an easy job. When a business starts to go downhill you must look at the head management. Look at twitter under a Musk management. We can’t change the top ranks but we can appreciate and respect the bottom ranks. They are the ones out in the crazy weather delivering all the crazy stuff we bought online. So please, give the postal workers a break. They may make mistakes, but they are human and will try hard to make things right. I hope they all get raises and more staff to keep on going. Hinesburg post office, you all deserve a huge thumbs up and a warm thank you!”
“I've had nothing but great experiences with the Pine Street location. The person that answered took so much time to help me out with a forwarding issue I was having. He was super helpful, especially when I know how the USPS is so understaffed right now. So grateful for them and making the solution so easy.”
“Friendly and pretty efficient. The two women working the front desk did a fine job of taking care of everyone and got everything done pretty quickly.
Happy with the service here!”
“Staff are always pleasant, kind, and respectful considering the stress they are under with the limited resources and staff shortages. I have observed them showing compassion and being as solution focused with bewildered community members as possible under the challenging circumstances that their office is coping with. Thank you for your service.”
