0 stars isn’t an option, if it was I’d be giving that. Failure after failure to deliver due to lazy staff with horrible customer service and lengthy wait times. They should truly look into hiring all new personnel.

Literally the worst place if your expecting packages if my packages go through them I automatically assume its gonna be delivered days after its supposed too any other time I have packages from other couriers I have 0 issues

They certainly have staffing issues and serious delays but i want to acknowledge the Postmaster who when he heard that some of my delayed packages had medical related items delivered them himself later the same day…. That was a greatly appreciated surprise - thank you!
