“I was shopping for a shoe in this store. I am not completely comfortable in crowds . I asked a young lady for help and she came right over. During our conversation I found out her name was Tara G and she was from Watertown Ny. I asked her what brought her to Burlington and she explained like many other stores people were leaving and no one applying so she had to come over to work. Anyway I would rattle on forever if you let me. I was prepared to leave because of the crowd and this women recognized my uneasyness and came to me and settled me and turned it from someone about to leave into a sale of 3 new pairs of sneakers. This manager is an asset and has definitely made me a repeat customer with her proffesionlism and her friendlinesa”
Last month, Foot Locker Inc. reopened its flagship store at 112 W 34th St. in New York City, as part of new retail plans. The store introduced "Home Court," a basketball-focused shopping area created with Nike and Jordan Brand. The updated store offers a basketball-themed shopping experience. It combines customer service with the newest products for use on and off the court from several brands.
