“My son bought a lava lamp for his girlfriends birthday and the sales person was able to cut the price in half.
He was up a ladder cleaning the glass, came down walked into the store and gave great service.

“I was shopping for a shoe in this store. I am not completely comfortable in crowds . I asked a young lady for help and she came right over. During our conversation I found out her name was Tara G and she was from Watertown Ny. I asked her what brought her to Burlington and she explained like many other stores people were leaving and no one applying so she had to come over to work.
Anyway I would rattle on forever if you let me. I was prepared to leave because of the crowd and this women recognized my uneasyness and came to me and settled me and turned it from someone about to leave into a sale of 3 new pairs of sneakers.
This manager is an asset and has definitely made me a repeat customer with her proffesionlism and her friendlinesa”

“They have all the shoes could ever need. Over the holidays I left a bag there with newly purchased shoes and socks. When I couldn’t find them to wrap up and give to my kid, I called and they had apparently been looking for me. They had everything there waiting for me to pick it up! Excellent customer service!
