As I write this review, I am currently on minute 102 with UPS customer service over a shipment this store couldn’t get from South Burlington to Rutland a staggering 60 miles, sent overnight. The package contained notarized legal documents, including a car title I paid them to handle.
Once it left the counter, they had no responsibility, no answers, and no accountability. The only reason this isn’t a one-star review is because there’s a woman that works there who is occasionally nice to my kids if it’s not too busy. Otherwise, their service is unreliable so don’t trust them with anything important.

My package was not sent and insurance on it wasn't offered. The recipient has not received my package sent June 1 as of today, July 25, and I doubt they ever will. The owner tried to be helpful at first but became dismissive of my complaint in favor of his employee., (over me, his patron.!) The owners manner was not professional and was rather rude at our last exchange on the phone. I won't go to this UPS location at the Blue Mall again. The public needs top consideration and respect shown them, always! And, if anyone else relates to this frustration, please post it.

This was the busiest UPS store I’ve ever seen. UPS folks were amazingly friendly, super helpful and never stopped being nice to every one! We arrived with a lot of items to ship. They accommodated to the best of their abilities and offered options where they couldn’t ship. All items super well packed and arrived safely and quickly. Awesome group!

Pathetic. The woman was very rude and disrespectful and of NO help. Needed a certain supply and didn't even try to accommodate. Went to the Williston UPS Store - Garrett there was very helpful and great customer service.

No Fed-Ex drop box. Clerk says they are privately owned and can’t make the change on Google.

UPS is the most unreliable delivery company in Vermont. Don’t trust this company if you manage a business. Best to support USPS or FedEx - both offer sustainable delivery times, dates and ultimately your products actually arrive. No more worthless UPS customer service, lies about delivery or other false narratives they push to shadow their inadequacies of being anything short of reliable.

Drove 3 hours for a notary appointment I had scheduled here, only to be told on arrival they don’t have a notary. Absolutely unacceptable.

FRAGRANCE ALLERGIC FOLKS This store has started using a plug in and is no longer safe for us. UPS please remove your plugin so you don’t cause and allergic reactions. I will not be able to return to your store until it is removed.
