“Had a nice stop here recently with a few other friends. We arrived by motorcycle on a hot and humid day traveling from Rutland. With no inside seating, we were fortunate to accept the picnic table with umbrella as an option. The parking lot is compressed gravel, which seems common for that area. There were designated guests windows to order - one for food, one ice cream, and a third for pickup. We had plans on this trip to stop here for lunch or ice cream. Half the group got food, and half the cream. I got a thick chocolate shake which was well accepted. After, we spent some time in the store which again was appealing due to the AC. Purchased Vermont syrup at the store which will be well used. In the back of the building was a Porta-Potty which was terribly hot using and nothing to clean hands with; kind of a dirty option particularly if the restaurant workers have to use that. Hopefully it is for the public only. The staff were very helpful. I'd stop in another time.”

“I stop at this store frequently. In the last week the stores appearance has dramatically improved. Dunkin is very slow, dirty, and loud. When you walk into the store the cashier is very pleasant, friendly, and always smiling. I stood in line at Dunkin’ Donuts for 25 minutes the other day waiting on a single coffee, nothing special. During that time I witnessed the worker at the store helping someone with a bus ticket who didn’t speak English and she was very calm and respectful. I got to the counter to finally get my done coffee. I got my lunch a wrap from the cooler in the back of the store, check out was quick. Store is very clean and organized. I usually see multiple different workers there through out the week some great some not so much. Hopefully whatever switch the store made in management and the girl I saw this week stays because it’s made a lot of improvement in just a few weeks time!”

Also, look out for great discount deals, for ages 0-100. I usually get my grandma's Depends from here, and my sister's diapers/ wipes, for her 2 under 3! Lastly, who doesn't love the long receipt of pleasant surprises!?”

“I hate dealing with errands, but the (I think new) pharmacy tech at the window of CVS Colchester was so kind and friendly and helpful. I was so surprised by her friendly attitude, willingness to do an extra task for me at the last minute, and that she took the initiative to double check things and offer to reach out to my doctors office for a totally different prescription than the one I went there for. She printed the instructions for my son’s inhaler, and offered to request a refill for my other inhaler. My physician notified me today that they filled it! After going to CVS at this location for years, I am so impressed! It’s not often that you come by an employee that treats you like a person and not a burden to them. Though, I completely understand that everywhere is short staffed and it’s an extremely hard and busy job. Thank you!!”
