“If it weren’t for the email from John M., I do not know if I would have stopped in that day to test drive a Subaru (I have never owned or driven a Subaru in my life). It turned out to be one of the best decisions I have made when trying to find a great car buying experience! Everyone made me really feel like part of the family, unlike many dealerships in the area! But the real applause needs to go to Crystal S. and Matt R.! They went above and beyond helping me that day! They even stayed past closing to get everything done! Everyone that crossed our path was so truly friendly, happy humans that LOVE animals, especially doggies! The entire place is dog friendly! So yes our little doggie came in and was able to hang out with us during the whole process. The overall experience that Crystal gave us was so amazing that I will be a Saint J Subaru customer for life and will send anyone I know that needs a new vehicle straight there! Truly 5 stars!!”

“Our 2011 Honda Accord was having problems accelerating while we were driving from Massachusetts to the Mount Washington Hotel in New Hampshire on vacation. We pulled over, called AAA, and Brett from Wes Ward Auto/Trahan Towing called us to let us know they were on their way. We were only 2.5 miles from the hotel and Brett provided a tow directly to the hotel allowing us to salvage most of our vacation. They called to explain the clip/seal came apart which caused the axle to loosen resulting in transmission fluid leaking out and quoted a fair price to do the repair. In addition, they returned the vehicle to the hotel within a half-hour of our checking out 2-days later. Brett and the mechanics at Wes Ward provided Excellent Customer Service with fair and transparent pricing! Having our car die like that was unsettling but if it had to happen, we are grateful for Brett and Wes Ward Auto!”
