“I'd give this place 10 stars if I could. I was in VT to go biking at the Kingdom Trails when my alternator decided to go, meaning my car was completely dead. This was on a Friday (the day we were supposed to leave). After getting absolutely zero help (or even empathy) from a number of other shops I called, I happened upon Greg's, and I'm eternally grateful I did. Despite having a slammed Friday schedule, they went out of their way to squeeze me in. Not only did they fix the issue, they charged a very fair price. We hit the trails while they did the work, came back at the end of the day, and the car was ready -- running perfectly. What could have been a nightmare situation turned into just a minor inconvenience amidst a great day of riding. And we still got home the same day we planned. Can't say enough good things about this place. I don't normally do reviews, but they earned this one 100x over. Thank you!”

“I bought my car 2012 ***** Fit 2 years ago. It had ****** miles. I went to 2 mechanics in ****** to find out why there was a strong smell of gas inside my car. I was told there was no smell. I did some online research and discovered that some 2012 ***** Fits left the factory with loose spark plugs, and a strong gas smell in the cabin was a symptom. I relayed this info to these Boston mechanics and was told not to believe anything on the internet. So I just lived with the smell. Fast forward to 3 weeks ago. I was driving to *************** on 93 going 70 mph when suddenly there was a loud noise. I thought it was an exhaust problem because of the way it sounded. I drove my very impaired car the final 50 miles to ***************. My husband took the car to this shop, which he completely trusts. Portland Street Service Center correctly diagnosed that a spark plug had blown out of my engine. They installed a new sparkplug, replaced a burned out coil, and the bill was $260. The smell is gone, my car is ************* now. This is a great shop!! Thank you!!”
