“They certainly have staffing issues and serious delays but i want to acknowledge the Postmaster who when he heard that some of my delayed packages had medical related items delivered them himself later the same day…. That was a greatly appreciated surprise - thank you!”
“Love the customer service. Where else but a small town does the post man (or woman) hand deliver your mail and packages rather than simply putting them in the mail box? Also, they recognize your name so if someone misspells your address, it still gets delivered to you.”
