The staff is the finest, most polished, and welcoming, with everyone being nice, friendly, lovely, and very accommodating. They always have a smile and are helpful. The lodge offers many unique tours and classes, such as a Trapp Family history tour, leaf-bowl-making class, maple syrup tour, and birdwatching, all led by clear, patient, professional, and engaging guides. The experience is amazing, very therapeutic, and highly recommended, with very good and reasonable prices. It is a place for a truly nice time.
