“Such an amazing mountain to ski or snowboard on. The slopes were super fun and they had some great beginner and intermediate slopes. The ski lift actually slows down when people get off which is nice as not many places do that and then it's chaos they also had a lot of food and drink options around the mountain and the rentals were nice to use while on the mountain. The snow was powdery which isn't easy to find in the northeast. Great experience and will probably end up getting a season pass next year.”
“I can’t say enough about this shop and the team who operates it, especially John. I have now purchased skis for both myself and my son, along with boots and some other equipment, and the experience could not have been better. This is a team who really cares about getting you on the right gear and offers very competitive pricing. They applied the cost of my demo to the price of my new skis and I’m honestly thrilled with all of it; my son also loves his new boards. In both cases I had ideas about other models based on my own research, but John’s advice proved to be right on the money. You have to look a little harder to find First Trax set back from the road near the movie theater across from Sticky Fingers bakery, but do yourself a favor and turn in there. Just an awesome business where customer satisfaction and a passion for helping skiers and riders have fun is clearly the mindset. Thanks folks, we’ll be back!!!”

“This is the best snowboarding shop I’ve ever been to. Brendan and Taylor are two of the most helpful people. Brendan’s knowledge of snowboards knows no bounds. I did the demo program. For $85 you can demo as many boards as you want. It was a great way to check out some new rides and figure out what works. I highly recommend this shop to people trying to figure out your next purchase. Everyone was super friendly with no pressure. I’ve been to plenty of other ski shops where people make you feel dumb for not knowing all the lingo. These guys are totally into shredding and making sure you have the best fit, explaining the new tech along the way. 10/10. Visit this store.”
