“Dick is super Friendly!!!! And this is the first Ace, or Lavalleys that has had Tescue fly trap refills since June! And the only one to have 4x14 floor registers!!!”
“They have an employee there, named Nick dealt with him several times absolutely flawless hits the nail in the head every time Like this are the reason why I stay frequenting the places I go appreciate your neck. Thank you.”
“Jan always has whatever you need and will help you find it. Great prices too! My favorite thing is that they have a special post office box for the VFW to properly dispose of aged American flags per military protocol. How incredible and honorable- they have thought of everything! Support this great local hardware store that is an institution in downtown Charlestown. They have EVERYTHING!”
“I had 2 structures built by Garrett and his crew. I could not be happier. I am very impressed. And highly recommend them. I will be having my garage done with Wards next.
- Cost exactly what was quoted.
- Project started and ended exactly on time.
- They handled subtle design changes on the fly and seemed excited about the unknown challenges.
- Very very professional.
- They even hand notches some required changes on site.
- The timbers never touches the ground. Never stepped on. Very clean. They take pride.
- Cleaned up afterwards.
- The crew was very friendly. They laugh and really enjoy each other and their work.
- They kept me informed, let me make small decisions and made me feel part of the process.
- They are the real deal. Everyone who sees the work is impressed.”

“The staff are great, Kevin and Kathy are terrific people, very helpful and kind. The prices at the store aren't amazing but you're paying for the convenience of shopping at the local hardware store.
I will add that I encountered the owners once while sourcing some hardware and was pretty turned off by the experience.”
