“For a small town post office, I've had nothing but good experiences working and communicating with the folks who work here. They're reliable and dependable when it comes to delivering the mail (which is perfect considering the role they play) and the few times I've had to call in to check on something, I've never had to wait more than 2 minutes on hold and I always get a person. “I had been patronizing another store where I got to know the staff there well. I was shocked to find out that that particular store had closed, and decided to go to the Essex store. Imagine my pleasure and surprise to find Garrett at the helm of the store. He had accepted a position as Manager there.
As long as I had known Garrett, I had been impressed with his leadership stance at the first store and I was able to notice that he had brought his skills into this new store.
The store was clean, the layout is good, and the flow of service is efficient. Very importantly, the staff manning the different stations were very helpful and welcoming.
I plan to continue to patronize this store because of my first experience the other day, and because I have every confidence that, under Garrett’s management, the store will do well and will work hard to ensure that the customers’ needs are delivered well.”
