The men behind the counter today were so helpful and hilarious while helping me with my passport today. I was late for my appointment and they were understanding and I appreciated that. Well worth the drive to avoid Middlebury.

My experiences at the Vergennes post office have always been great. Staff are extremely helpful and polite and the service is fast!

Vergennes, VT post office a female answered the phone and was incredibly rude. Trying to change an address for someone who is elderly and unable to get to the post office. This woman was rude and disrespectful I spoke the the post master general in Rutland who was the complete opposite. This worker in Vergennes should shadow the Rutland office for customer service skills.

The postal clerk working was incredibly rude to me and my sister coming in towards the end of the day this past Friday. We arrived at 4:04 and the post office closed at 4:30pm. I had a prepaid postal label (a super quick transaction) and she was so snippy the whole time. Kinda strange that she felt like she could run mouth her to two Black women coming in. I wonder how she would have acted if it was Judy or Karen walking in….

Vergennes is a beautiful town and this post office is great.Good parking, friendly fast service and in a terrific location.

Was supposed to receive my package on the 25th of April and the USPS driver pulled in and out of the requested address for delivery. On my tracking number for the item I purchased it stated there was no access to the location, this is clearly a lie. If I don't receive my package on this upcoming Monday I will be very disappointed.

The Post Master here will go out of her way to make sure your visit is satisfied, and the rest of the carriers are willing to do the same thing!!!
