“Although my work hasn't been done yet, I stopped in unannounced for an estimate. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, and invited my 2 large dogs into his office. He did not try to upsell me or gouge me. He inspected my damage, told me what my options were, recommended the most economical option, gave a quote and a timeline, and ordered the part all in about 20 minutes. I am definitely having my work done there, and will continue to do so as needed.”

“We emailed after hours with some help on a 1990 Jeep--which has a long and sordid history full of adventures--and quickly got a response from Curtis (who turned out to be in sales). Long story short, Curtis was absolutely delightful and arranged for us to speak with Rich, the mechanic. First thing the next morning, we talked to Rich who had us bring the Jeep in. Right away, everyone in the shop couldn't have been more helpful and kind. Rich diagnosed the problem, worked on the problem and offered further advice. Having an older Jeep, truly takes a village and it was so lovely to find ours here at Summit Jeep. To anyone who needs to buy a new Jeep--go see Curtis. He's amazingly kind, warm, genuine, and I'm certain will treat you like family. To anyone who has a Jeep that needs special care, go see Rich. He's a gem, that knows and loves Jeeps.
