We were stuck because of an ice storm in the middle of the night and needed a place to stay. We called and Frank was so nice and gave us last minute accommodations.

Remember, this is not a luxury hotel.The rooms are small and small bathrooms, but the quaintness is wonderful.The breakfast was good, continental. Very good location for sightseeing. There are steps, again this is an Inn. Definitely recommend and will return when in the area

Beautiful historic inn with cozy first floor for guest breakfast and guest use. Great location right near Sugarbush Ski Resort! Waitsfield is a fun quaint little town with lots to do and great eateries near by the Inn. Only complaint I have is the paper thin walls between rooms, as well as, super small shower/bathroom.
