My wife and I can understand when there is a packed house that things get messed up and need fixing or putting in the kitchen. She never lied to us and corrected everything very easily. The food never misses. The people make it even better. We love the breakfast and come for a date from time to time.”

“I had such a terrible night and had gotten worse since I ran out of gas on my snowmobile. A stranger helped me with a ride to this gas station where I filled a tiny gas can I just bought. I then met Amanda who was so friendly,kind and caring. She made sure I was ok and even stayed open a little later to make sure I was able to come back and fill my machine so I could make it home to Littleton. She is the reason I fully was able to get home. I had a lot of nice people help me along the way because I was lost but she just made my night so much better. She is a great employee and I am forever grateful for meeting her and I want her to be recognized for her outgoingness because she even pulled out a map to make sure I knew how to get home. “Usually my experience is fairly good, and the employees are always nice and friendly. Tonight however, was very very different and disappointing. We were there around 10:20-10:40pm on November 5 2025. The guy running the register was NOT wearing his name tag, but the description I can give, he had chunky earrings, roundish face, he kinda looked like he had a beard, and he was about average weight and not much taller than 5’4. He was rude when we miscalculated our total, and we asked to start from scratch, he completely cleared it and tried to put it back in and we asked him to pause because we needed to recalculate. We walked out of the way so he could help the other customers. We came back when we were ready and then he tried to make it so we couldn’t get the discounts we were supposed to get. When we finally got to the bagging part and at first I said no thank you, but my friend wanted one, so I corrected myself and said yes please. (I did say please and thank you, we all did.) He did not give us a bag, and threw our receipt. We just pushed it down, not wanting to cause any more issues or a scene. We apologized for the inconvenience, and we left. I hope you will look this over and do something about this, like I said, normally my experiences aren’t tbat bad. Thank you.”
The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.
