“The Bank teller was great. Very friendly polite and efficient. However he could have used some assistance and it was hard to determine if there was other staff available for that. And this bank was going to be training another employee on safe deposit boxes after he was finished with me and by that time there was about 5 customers waiting on line for him. This teller also greeted me before I entered the bank as he was worried about the icy side walk and fixed that issue and attended to the customer ahead of me. This poor guy could use some help or a raise. This was Monday 3/9/26 approximately 1pm. The bank was in a very nice building more esthetically pleasing than most and was very clean and neat.”
