“The staff at ACE in Norwich is amazing. Took my mom over to look at electric snowblowers before a storm, from the moment we walked in they were ready to help. They talked over the pros and cons of each option, they even assembled and delivered same day so she would have it for the coming snow the next day.”
“I placed a special order for some composite decking boards, and I am not a professional builder. The service from the Pro Desk specialists was outstanding: from the guidance with my special order and timely notifications, to later exceptional help with arranging cutting, re-packaging and loading my large-size order. Mary was the best! I was very stressed about transporting these long boards, but the Pro Desk and other store associates made it a smooth process. The rental services were also very helpful and professional. I am very thankful for all the help my husband and I received at the store and on the phone.”
“Great lumber store with a wide variety of high quality building materials. Went to Britton’s to find just the right size and type of wood for rafters. Staff is very helpful and patient. The hardware store is more limited and more expensive than the Ace and Aubuchon hardware stores nearby.”
“I needed a price on a very specific window. I spoke on the phone, and emailed with Dan Martin in the millwork department. He couldn't have been more helpful, and prompt in getting back to me. Five stars for sure.”
