“I live in central Maine but purchased a used ARE cap from a private party in the Williston, VT area. The keys to the cap could not be located so once I returned home I attempted to order the keys from a dealer closer to us with no luck. “Lost keys” apparently don’t generate enough profit to justify the time.I eventually called Catamount North as their sticker was on the back of the cap. They found the keys that I needed, charged me an incredibly fair price and then shipped them with no problems.I understand “always looking for the best price”, but if you’re also the type of consumer that wants to know that the dealer will be there after the sell for those little things like “keys”…, Catamount North most certainly is that place.”
“I brought my car today because I was having trouble with my remote car starter. Kyle greeted me and asked what he could help me with. I told him that I bought this remote starter from Yipes in Saint Albans and it wasn’t working. Without hesitation, he grabbed his jacket and went right outside and tried to figure out what was going on. He worked on it for 20 minutes in freezing Vermont weather. With no luck, he got Fred to try to figure it out. He worked on it for 10 minutes. I just wanted to say a big thank you to both of them, especially to Kyle. Even though I wasn’t scheduled and didn’t get the remote car starter from them, Kyle had the willingness to help me with my car. We weren’t able to fix it, but I still appreciate them trying.”
“Blondin Brothers has repaired my SUV from two significant accidents. Their level of expertise is impressive. Fit and finish is at least as good as factory if not better. Their customer service is equally as excellent. I truly can not say enough good things about this shop. I recommend them without reservation.”

“The attention to detail at Washburn’s is amazing. They were recommended by my Porsche specialist (Jason at Bullfrog). Due to a bad voltage regulator in my 1988 911, my battery exploded and sprayed acid all over the underside of the hood/frunk bonnet, causing corrosion to the original paint work. Fortunately this professional shop preserved the original portion code sticker (removing and reapplying) to the repainted surface. Perfection! Five stars”

“If I could give this store more than 5 stars, I 100% would. I’ve never written a review for anything before, but I felt the service I received today warranted one. I went in asking for an engine scan, hoping to get the problem diagnosed. John scanned my engine, found the problem, and helped me find the best parts for my car. Not only that, he was willing to lend me the tools to be able to fix the cylinder right there in the parking lot so I wouldn’t need to drive it home. Everyone working there went above and beyond to help me. I am so grateful to have that shop right here in town.”
