It’s rare that you encounter someone who is so passionate about what they do, their desire to provide the most incredible customer service, and not just going the extra mile, but going the full marathon to make sure that your experience is absolutely the best one you’ve ever had, but this is the exact description of Samar. I had had a less than impressive experience with customer service on the phone, and Samar worked tirelessly to make sure that at the conclusion of my phone call, that I would be leaving her store 100% happy, which is exactly how my visit concluded. I hope to see Samar at all of my future visits!”
