“Elle went completely above and beyond to help with a gift exchange over the phone. Although I didn't physically go to the store, she offered an incredibly high level of customer service and hospitality. FWIW - I first called and emailed their corporate CS, which was a terrible experience. Elle at Burlington Hatley took care of everything promptly and professionally - again, unlike their corporate CS. Highly recommend everyone seek out Elle! Frankly, Hatley corporate should pull her to train the people who answer their emails. Thanks again, Elle!”

“2 days before Christmas my 7-year-old told me he wanted a K-pop Demon Hunter shirt. After checking every store in the mall and all the other stores we had gone to, we had not found one. I looked up online places to purchase K-pop Demon Hunter merch and it recommended Old Navy. So we stopped at this Old Navy and we looked and I did not see any and I finally got up to the register and the woman checking us out asked if we had found everything and I said yes except for K-pop Demon Hunter shirt and she goes. I put some out I know right where they are. What size do you need? So I told her the sizes that would work and she went and found one and brought it back and my 7-year-old was so excited he instantly put it on and it just made his day. For it being 5:00 on Christmas Eve I couldn't have asked for better customer service. The other person who was also working at the register was also very polite and offered to help as well. Thank you for making my 7-year-olds Christmas.”

“This H&M store is huge, with massive inventory in women’s, men’s and kid’s apparel. The store is super clean and tidy. Associate were moving things around the store, as well as helping customers promptly and helping them with fitting room. Most items had very reasonable price. Some items had big discounts.
Despite all the good things about the store, the clothing items themselves were underwhelming. We didn’t like anything worth buying.”
“They have a pretty wide variety of things, I come here for bathing suits because they are well stocked and the fitting rooms are clean just a lot of put back clothes.
The jewelry counter is always reliable, my engagement ring is always very well taken care of and they are almost always kind.”

I’ve been going here since before my own kiddo, for stuff for my nieces and nephews, and the staff is always SO FRIENDLY. It’s such a rare experience, and I appreciate it every single time. “A very nice store, clean friendly staff, its connected to vermont bear store and theres a different variety of things from shirts pants robes scarves blankets tote bags they do have some items currently 20% off but im not sure how long the sale will last. They are a bit on the pricey side around $80 for a flannel shirt but it is a very soft comfortable flannel shirt and it never is a bad thing to treat yourself to something nice sometimes. Its not a huge location but its easy to get to easy to shop in and with friendly helpful staff easy to like. I dont live in vermont but had to come here because I do love my flannel shirts and now I got 1 just from vermont. 🥰”
