“2 days before Christmas my 7-year-old told me he wanted a K-pop Demon Hunter shirt. After checking every store in the mall and all the other stores we had gone to, we had not found one. I looked up online places to purchase K-pop Demon Hunter merch and it recommended Old Navy. So we stopped at this Old Navy and we looked and I did not see any and I finally got up to the register and the woman checking us out asked if we had found everything and I said yes except for K-pop Demon Hunter shirt and she goes. I put some out I know right where they are. What size do you need? So I told her the sizes that would work and she went and found one and brought it back and my 7-year-old was so excited he instantly put it on and it just made his day. For it being 5:00 on Christmas Eve I couldn't have asked for better customer service. The other person who was also working at the register was also very polite and offered to help as well. It’s rare that you encounter someone who is so passionate about what they do, their desire to provide the most incredible customer service, and not just going the extra mile, but going the full marathon to make sure that your experience is absolutely the best one you’ve ever had, but this is the exact description of Samar. I had had a less than impressive experience with customer service on the phone, and Samar worked tirelessly to make sure that at the conclusion of my phone call, that I would be leaving her store 100% happy, which is exactly how my visit concluded.
